Delancey Sports is a locally owned and operated sporting goods store in Haliburton, Ontario.
We believe in better. We choose our brands with great care, only stocking high-quality products that we know well.
We work closely with our suppliers to gather information at the source, then pass on that knowledge to our team and to our customers.
Circumstances brought us to Haliburton in 2020. We had visited the area for years, and fell in love with its natural beauty.
When we learned that the local sporting goods store (Sharpley's Source for Sports) was shutting down, we thought someone should step in to ensure the community has access to great sporting goods.
Turns out that someone was us.
Delancey Sports is a homage to the intersection we lived at in New York City in March of 2020. In New York we lived at Suffolk and Delancey. We've named our home in Haliburton the Suffolk. Se we saw it fitting to call the store Delancey Sports.
As entrepreneurs, we love this community and strive to stock the store with not only high quality products, and familiar products, but also with ones that may be new to Haliburton.
