When we moved to Haliburton in 2020, we skied Sir Sam's with our family for the first time. We fell in love. Sir Sam's has such an incredible ski community, one which we can't wait to be part of!
As avid skiers, we can't be more excited to open a ski shop in our community.
We will be kicking it off by running THE SWAP at Sir's Sam's Fall Festival on Oct 7th and Oct 8th. You won't want to miss the excitement happening at the hill on Thanksgiving weekend!

Sir Sam’s Ski/Ride and Delancey Sports Solidify Partnership
Two Haliburton-based businesses are working together to bring a greater offering to residents and visitors this season
September 19, 2023 (Haliburton, ON) – Sir Sam’s Ski/Ride has brought families and friends to Haliburton, Ontario for over 50 years. Visitors to Sir Sam’s have created memories throughout the years through skiing, cycling, entertainment, festivals, scenic chairlift rides and more. For the 2023/2024 season, Sir Sam’s is partnering with local business Delancey Sports to offer an enhanced Pro Shop (on-site in Sir Sam’s Chalet) which will include equipment sales, as well as Sir Sam’s branded merchandise.
“We are very excited to partner with such an engaged business and we love the renewed energy that Delancey Sports is bringing to our Pro Shop.” says Doug Wilkinson, owner of Sir Sam’s, “We look forward to offering an incredible service to our visitors this season and we know this is just the beginning of many fun things we have planned with Delancey.”
In addition to the Pro Shop, Delancey Sports is reimaging Sir Sam’s merchandise which will be available for purchase in the Pro Shop itself, at Delancey’s and online. “We can’t wait for everyone to see the designs we’ve developed for the merchandise this season,” Erika Mozes, owner of Delancey Sports, “my partner Joshua (Karam) and I have developed classic looks with a retro feel which we think plays homage to the love and passion that everyone has for Sir Sam's."
